"Where do I start? If I could give 10 stars to Paula I would. I was a first time home buyer and didn't know much of anything about the process. I just thought you looked at pictures and picked out a pretty house to buy. One day I was browsing listings and came across a house that I was VERY interested in based on the pictures I saw and Paula was listed as the agent. When I called to inquire about the property, one of her first questions was "have you rode past the house yet?" I hadn't, so I told her that I would do that the following day and reach back out to her to proceed. Once I rode by the house and saw the area, it was in, I knew two things for sure: 1. I was 100% not interested in the house anymore. 2. I needed Paula Taylor as my real estate agent. Once I called her back and we started talking it felt more like she was someone that I had known my entire life instead of a real estate agent that I needed to help me find my house. She was very patient with me and gave me great advice on purchasing my house and I appreciated that so much. When I finally found the home that I fell in love with and it was time for negotiations, she was a beast! She fought to get me everything that I asked for. She made me feel like it just wasn't about a commission, but that she true truly cared about helping me and I was so happy that I had her by my side to guide me through the process. I always thought that if real estate didn't work out for her, she certainly has a job as a defense lawyer.
